Building a photography and video studio wasn’t an easy task, but it’s definitely been worth it in the end. When we decided to create our own space in Port Kembla, just a stone’s throw from Wollongong, we knew that we wanted it to be great. We wanted a space that would allow us to be creative and productive, and that’s exactly what we got.

The studio is located in Port Kembla, which is just a short drive from Wollongong, making it convenient for our clients to visit. The space has polished concrete floors, high ceilings, and a mezzanine office space. We also made sure to include all the gadgets and equipment necessary to create beautiful imagery and elevate our clients’ brands.

We didn’t cut any corners when building our studio. We wanted to make sure that everything was done right, so we took our time planning all the power points and cable management. We knew exactly where we wanted all of our equipment and storage to go, and we even included a communal desk upstairs so we could all work collaboratively.

Unfortunately, we picked the worst time to build our studio. The Covid-19 pandemic hit just as we were getting started, and it was near impossible to get building materials due to all the supply chains shutting down. Additionally, the cost of materials was higher than usual. Despite these challenges, we were determined to see our project through to completion.

Now, over a year later, we’re really starting to settle into our new space. We’ve been putting the photography and video production studio to good use and our clients have been thrilled with the results. They love coming to our studio to discuss ideas and upcoming projects. The space has allowed us to be more creative and productive than ever before, and we couldn’t be happier with the final product.

Whether it’s a product shoot, a video commercial, or a portrait session, we have the ability to adapt the space to suit the needs of each project.
